Cut and Fill Problems

Given the map with cut, fill, and borrow pit stations shown, Fill Station A requires 50,000 cy of fill, Fill Station B requires 20,000 cy of fill, Cut Station E requires 30,000 cy of removal, and Cut Station F requires the removal of 40,000 cy of dirt. The borrow pit at C will let you have up to 40,000 cy of dirt at $0.03/cy. The spoils pit at D will allow you to dump up to 40,000 cy of dirt at $0.04/cy, and $0.05/cy thereafter. Set up the LP solution to determine the least expensive way to do this job. The price to haul dirt depends on the direction it is hauled, and is listed below.
